What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 1:00 pm.
Check-out is in the late morning, around 10:00-10:30 am.

Is parking included?

Outdoor parking is free and always guaranteed. Parking in the covered car park costs € 5 per day, but is included for those staying in the suites.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome inside the hotel.
They are allowed in the common areas, near the umbrellas and deck chairs by the pool, on the breakfast veranda. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. If your pet can’t be alone, you can take him to dinner and we'll reserve a seat for you near the entrance.
A stay with a dog costs € 15 per day for a deeper cleaning of the room.
 

Do you have bicycles?

We have bicycles that can be rented for free for a few hours.

Is internet free?

Yes, it is included in the rooms and throughout the hotel.

1. At what time is the wellness centre open?
The entrance to the wellness centre has no time limits. The swimming pool, umbrellas and deck chairs are open from morning until 8:00 pm, while the Thermarium area (with saunas, Kneipp path, Cradle of the King, etc.) is open from 2:30 to 8:00. pm
 
2. Should I use swimming caps?
No, in the pool area it is not mandatory.
 
3. Is the water in your pool thermal?
No, the thermal water is found only at the Levico thermal baths.
 
4. Do you have an outdoor swimming pool?
Outdoors we have a whirlpool.
 
5. Can I have a massage, and which one?
Massages are upon reservation, we have a wide choice and the staff will be happy to recommend the ones most suitable for you.
 
6. Can children enter the Thermarium area?
For safety reasons, children are NOT allowed in the Thermarium area.
 
7. Is there an obligation to wear a swimsuit in the sauna?
The use of swimwear is at the guest’s discretion.
 
8. What if I forget my swim cap and / or slippers?
You can buy them directly at the reception area of the wellness centre.
 

1. What time is breakfast? What about dinner?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 am while the entrance to the restaurant for dinner is possible from 7:30 to 8:30.
 
2. Can I have breakfast outside?
Of course, you can have breakfast outside on our veranda.
 
3. Are drinks included during meals?
No, drinks during meals are extra.
 
4. Are you equipped for people with celiac disease?
Yes, just let us know at the time of booking or check-in.

1. Is Lake Levico suitable for swimming?
Yes.
 
2. Can you see the lake from the room?
Some rooms have a lake view.

3. How far is the lake? And the centre of Levico?
The lake is practically in front of the hotel; the centre of Levico Terme is about 10/15 minutes away on foot.
 
4. Can I go around the lake on foot?
Yes, it takes about two to two and a half hours.
 
5. How's the weather, will it rain? 
Weather forecasts are seldom accurate, especially in Trentino, because the area is made up of many small valleys.
